Our Food Philosophy

Pizza is a life style for us, we are truly passionate and even obsessed with pizza. Our dough is made daily on site in the traditional Neapolitan way. We use fresh live yeast, a mix of Italian grains and it’s slow fermented up to 72hours. This way it’s fresh, light and easy to digest with a puffy ‘cornicione’ (crust).
